Here at The CandyLand Store, LLC our wholesale candy program is designed for helping all businesses bring their business to the next level by supplying them with the finest selection of confectionery products available. We strive to be one of the best wholesale candy suppliers online and look forward to doing business with you.
Wholesale pricing is available to a legitimate business than can supply us with the appropriate documentation required on our application form.
Once your account is approved for a wholesale account and pricing, all you will need to do is log into your account and start shopping - all the wholesale pricing will automatically appear once you are logged in. Shipping will be done via FedEx Ground to a business address (if available) that has been provided and will be your default shipping address within your account. You will pay for shipping exactly what we pay, or if you prefer for us to use your Fed Ex account we are happy to do so. We prefer not to ship with UPS but if a UPS account is what you have we can use that if you like.
Wholesale Candy Order requirements are as follows:
Initial Minimum Order $750.00 (or we will combine your orders within a 2 month period then wholesale pricing will start after the initial $750.00 is satisfied)
Minimum re-order of $250.00 per order.
No Other Discounts:
Wholesale Customers obviously are not subject to any specials or promotions The CandyLand Store, LLC may offer our retail customers, such as: Free Shipping, Percentage Off Orders, Reward Points (Loyalty Program), etc.
Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, *American Express, Wire (Bank) Transfer or *PayPal. **Orders paid with PayPal are subject to a 1.9% additional transaction fee and American Express is 2.95% fee for the amount charged.
Shipping is done via Fed Ex Ground to the address provided. If possible please provide a business address as shipping to such an address is considerable less expensive than shipping to a residence. You pay what are shipping costs are for FedEx. If you have a FedEx account and would prefer we use that we are happy to do so. We prefer not to ship via UPS, but if a UPS account is all you have and you want us to use that we will also.
Maintaining Your Account:
Wholesale Customers must maintain a minimum of orders of $15,000 per year in order to have your wholesale account remain active. If your orders drop below that amount you will need to reapply for a wholesale account.
If an item is out of stock when your order ships, we will note it on your packing slip and refund to you the amount of that product, back to your form of payment if your payment was made via a credit card. If it was paid by check or Wire Bank Transfer we will issue you a Gift Card with a coupon code for the amount of your credit that you will apply towards your next order.
Returns are not accepted at all on wholesale accounts.Because of the wholesale prices you are recieving and the shipping costs, there is not profitable way for you to return an item or exchange an item, without losing money
